Job summary

Nuctech is seeking a Junior Accountant to support the financial department in daily accounting tasks and financial reporting. You will work under the Financial Manager InsTech Netherlands to maintain transparency and accuracy of the company’s finances.

Responsibilities include AP/AR, payroll assistance, VAT processing, asset registers, month-end close, and audits. English skills are essential; Dutch preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in finance or accounting or similar.
• Experience in accounting work, 2+ years preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in an international company.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic digital apps.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily accounting records including AP/AR and bank statements.
• Assist with payroll administration.
• Support GL adjustments.
• Prepare registers (sales/purchase, VAT) according to accounts.
• Support VAT and other tax settlements.
• Maintain fixed assets records and project cost analysis.
• Contribute to month, quarter, and year end activities.
• Assist internal and statutory audits.
