Job summary

JD.com, also known as JINGDONG, offers the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program in Amsterdam to help early-career talent gain hands-on exposure to real projects and responsibilities over 3–6 months. You will work with experienced teams across our global network to learn through meaningful assignments and on-the-job development.

You will assist the Station Supervisor with daily operations, shadow leadership, track KPIs, and coordinate with transport and customer service teams.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, IT, or Data Science and will graduate in 2026/2027.
• Strong interpersonal skills with fluent English; knowledge of Chinese, Dutch or French is a plus for coordination.
• No extensive work experience required, but a can-do attitude and willingness to take on responsibility are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Station Supervisor in coordinating daily operations of the delivery station.
• Shadow and support the supervisor in guiding a team of associates, sorters, or drivers during your shift.
• Monitor daily station KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and suggest data-driven process improvements.
• Coordinate with transport network and customer service teams to resolve real-time delivery issues.
