Job summary

Corecom Consulting in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced Java/Kotlin Developer to join a stable utilities organisation modernising core systems. You'll work on a greenfield project moving from a legacy monolith to microservices using Event-Driven Architecture and Domain-Driven Design.

You'll develop with Java and Kotlin, build microservices, and collaborate with Product Owners, architects and other developers while embracing an agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Software/Java Developer.
• At least 2 years of Kotlin.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Kafka and PostgreSQL.
• Good understanding of DDD and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment.

I'm working with a stable organisation in the Dutch utilities sector that is currently modernising some of its core systems. They’re looking for an experienced Java/Kotlin Developer to join the team. You’ll be working on a greenfield project, helping move from a legacy monolithic application towards modern microservices using Event-Driven Architecture and Domain-Driven Design.
