Job summary

THE ENTOURAGE GROUP in Amsterdam is seeking hardworking bartenders to join their dynamic team. Bartenders will deliver exceptional customer service and create unforgettable gastronomic experiences while working in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates should have prior experience in hospitality, a strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages, and excellent communication skills. The role offers in-house training, discounts at Sircle Collection hotels, and bonuses for referrals.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience working in a bar or restaurant. This experience can be gained through entry-level positions such as barback or server, or formal bartending training programs.
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages: The bartender should have a deep understanding of different types of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware, as well as how to properly prepare and serve various types of drinks.
• Strong customer service skills: Bartenders must be friendly, personable, and able to engage with customers in a positive and professional manner.
• Ability to work under pressure: Bartenders must be able to work efficiently and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Good communication skills: Bartenders must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, other staff members, and management.
