Zusammenfassung

2getthere in Utrecht leads the integration, verification and validation of autonomous transport systems. The Team Lead IV&V reports to the Head of Projects and drives the full test regime across international projects.

The role combines hands-on testing, leadership of the IV&V team, and coordination with System Engineering, Product Development and Project Management to deliver safe, certified L4 autonomous transport solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Several years’ experience in integration, verification and validation or test engineering.
• Hands-on testing experience, preferably ISO 26262 and ISO/PAS 21448.
• Strong test-management discipline with planning, execution, reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Willingness to travel internationally for on-site campaigns.

Aufgaben

• Own the complete IV&V test regime and test strategy for every ATS delivery.
• Plan and manage test execution across the lifecycle — cFAT, sFAT, iFAT, SAT.
• Lead the IV&V team day to day: workload planning, coaching and development.
• Review and own Test Readiness Safety Cases; drive safety and HSE.
• Define requirements and set up a local IV&V footprint for efficient execution.
• Manage on-site installation, commissioning and validation; handover to Operations.
