Job summary

Lely is seeking a strategic, people‑oriented Head of Integrated Testing and Verification to shape the testing strategy for its product development efforts at the Maassluis Campus. You will lead a growing multidisciplinary organization with direct reports and an extensive cross‑functional footprint.

You bring a master’s degree in a technical field, about 10 years of experience including at least 5 in leadership, and a proven track record of building teams, managing budgets and driving

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant technical field or comparable discipline.
• Around 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership skills, experience developing teams and a senior management structure.
• Ability to develop a strategic vision and translate it into concrete plans.
• In‑depth technical knowledge, including standards, quality requirements and developments.
• Experience across functions and bringing teams and stakeholders together.
• Strong coaching skills to help leaders grow and develop their teams.
• Experience with resource planning, budget responsibility and balancing capacity and costs.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a results orientation.
• Ability to foster a safe, open environment with feedback, collaboration and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Defining and implementing the strategic vision for Integrated Testing and Verification within the Product Development context.
• Leading and developing the Competence Center through a strong leadership team with focus on talent, performance and learning.
• Strengthening collaboration with Business Teams to align roadmaps, technology initiatives and resources.
• Driving innovation by monitoring technologies and industry trends and translating them into opportunities.
• Ensuring knowledge development, lifecycle management and documentation at project and product levels.
• Overseeing strategic workforce planning, budget, and external partnerships to grow capabilities.
