Job summary

Kao is seeking a Credit Collector to support financial performance and sustainable growth, with a focus on serving customers in Italy. The role involves proactive collection, stakeholder collaboration, and driving improvements in the collections process.

You will work with SAP/S4Hana, using data-driven insights to strengthen credit control, while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams across Europe. This is a full-time role requiring fluency in Italian and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master in Accounting & Finance preferred
• Italian (C2/native) and English fluent required
• 3+ years of Credit & Collection experience
• Experience with SAP/S4Hana and Excel
• Ability to prioritise workload and drive process improvements

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and collect outstanding receivables for Europe, focusing on timely follow-ups and accurate records
• Prioritize high-impact accounts to maximize value and efficiency
• Collaborate with finance and commercial teams using data-driven insights
• Identify recurring issues and support process improvements in collections
• Ensure compliance and accurate documentation for audits and reporting
