Job summary

Cefetra Rotterdam is offering an IT Support Intern position starting February 2027 for an enthusiastic student. You will join the IT team as the first point of contact for users and help resolve technical issues both remotely and on-site at our Rotterdam office.

You will gain hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Intune, Windows Server, and more while supporting infrastructure, workplace management, and process improvements in an international trading environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an MBO ICT program.
• Affinity with IT support and system administration.
• Eager to learn and gain practical experience in a professional IT environment.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and networking.

Responsibilities

• Providing first-line support and resolving hardware, software and network issues.
• Managing user accounts, passwords, licenses and devices.
• Installing, configuring and deploying laptops and mobile phones.
• Registering and following up on incidents and requests via the ticketing system.
