Job summary

KRUSH Labs in Eindhoven is seeking a proactive IT Support Engineer to handle day-to-day IT operations, ticket management, and user support in a fast-paced startup. You will configure and maintain laptops, workstations, and peripherals, assist with onboarding and offboarding, and collaborate with developers and researchers to align IT with project needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Experience with cloud or hybrid infrastructure.
• Scripting for automation (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).

Responsibilities

• Serve as main IT support contact and manage hardware, software, and network tickets.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, workstations, and peripherals; onboarding/offboarding support.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across systems and connectivity; escalate complex problems.
• Manage user accounts and access to internal systems and tools.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
• Maintain IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with developers, researchers, and cross-functional teams to align IT systems with project goals.
