Job summary

Optics11 is seeking an IT Director to lead and develop the organisation's IT function as it scales. You will shape IT strategy across Workplace, Infrastructure, Cloud, Operational Technology, Enterprise Applications and Integration, and Product IT Operations, while managing budgets, suppliers and architecture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an IT function through growth and scaling.
• Proven ability to manage infrastructure, applications and end-user support.
• Strong English communication; Dutch is advantageous.
• Security, compliance and defence obligations shaping IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary IT team across workplace, infrastructure, cloud and OT.
• Own IT strategy, architecture, roadmap and prioritization.
• Establish ITIL-aligned service model with a unified Service Desk.
• Ensure reliability of endpoints, servers, networks and cloud platforms.
• Manage IT budget and supplier relationships.
• Plan IT services for new locations and coordinate with Security and Facilities.
