Job summary

Odido Nederland is seeking a Head of IT Architecture to lead architecture and design across the IT estate. You will translate business strategy into technology roadmaps, define target architecture, and establish principles and governance to guide multiple architecture domains.

You will coach a diverse team of architects and collaborate with the CIO and business stakeholders to drive strategic technology decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT architecture or similar
• Strong leadership and team coaching skills across multiple architectures
• Ability to translate business strategy into architectural roadmaps and govern change

Responsibilities

• Own the IT architecture across the estate and define target state
• Set principles, patterns and guardrails for enterprise, solution, domain and platform architects
• Lead and develop a diverse team of architects
• Connect business strategy with technology capabilities and roadmaps
• Ensure governance and secure, compliant architectural practice across IT
• Collaborate with technology leaders and business stakeholders to drive opportunities
