Job summary

Workwize in Amsterdam is seeking an IT Service Manager to lead IT Servicing, overseeing enrollment and secure decommissioning of devices for clients worldwide. You will join as a peer to the current IT Servicing manager, focusing on fixing the biggest pain points, handling escalations, and helping to make IT Servicing part of our sales conversations.

You will work with Sales, Customer Success, and engineering to improve processes, build playbooks, and ensure clear, proactive communication with

Qualifications

• Experience in technical IT operations, device or MDM management, or IT service delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager / DEP and Windows Autopilot. Experience with Kandji, Jamf, Intune or a similar MDM.
• Experience with device wipe or data erasure tools, such as Blancco.
• Experience working directly with clients, including handling escalations.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as Zendesk or Pylon, and Linear or similar for engineering tickets.
• Excellent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Escalations: Own and solve escalations around enrollment and decommissioning, be the point of contact for enterprise clients.
• Process and tooling: Improve IT Servicing processes, tools and visibility across systems and workflows.
• Commercial: Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to bring IT Servicing into the sales process.
