Job summary

KNAPP Benelux B.V. is seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee the successful implementation of our software solutions in a high-tech logistics environment. You will lead implementations through the full lifecycle, translating customer requirements and coordinating with internal software teams.

The role requires strong communication in Dutch and English, plus experience in complex (intra)logistics projects. A customer- and result-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree HBO in IT, engineering or business administration.
• Experience in a similar (intra)logistics or industrial project environment.
• Knowledge of software architecture, interfaces, databases and data structures.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary and international project teams.
• Strong Dutch and English communication; German is a plus.
• Customer- and result-oriented mindset with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead software implementations through the full project lifecycle from design to go-live.
• Translate customer requirements into concrete solutions by working with clients and internal software teams.
• Set up, monitor and adjust software workflows with focus on scope, quality, planning and budget.
• Steer the Software Core Team to ensure all stakeholders deliver their responsibilities and project deliverables.

You have an affinity with IT systems, software integrations and project management, and you are eager to contribute to the development of advanced logistics solutions. That makes you the IT Project Manager for KNAPP Benelux!

As an IT Project Manager, you will have a diverse and challenging role in which you are primarily responsible for the successful implementation of our software solutions. Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Leading software implementations throughout the entire project lifecycle, from design and development to testing and go-live;
• Translating customer requirements into concrete solutions by working closely with our clients and internal software teams;
• Setting up, monitoring and adjusting software workflows, with continuous focus on scope, quality, planning and budget;
• Steering the Software Core Team to ensure all stakeholders deliver their responsibilities and project deliverables;
• Acting as the central point of contact for all software-related topics towards our customers and the internal project organization.

• A minimum of bachelor's degree level (HBO), preferably in IT, engineering or business administration;
• Work experience in a similar role, preferably within a complex (intra)logistics or industrial project environment;
• Knowledge of software architecture (such as WMS/WCS), interfaces, databases and data structures;
• Experience working in multidisciplinary and international project teams;
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, German is a plus;
• A customer- and result-oriented mindset, with strong persuasion skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
