Job summary

Everience Benelux is seeking an IT/OT Procurement Specialist to support its Wind business within the CEP Digital Programme. You will collaborate with internal procurement teams, IT and Digital specialists, and business representatives to identify suppliers, coordinate sourcing activities and support commercial negotiations.

This hands-on role suits someone with IT procurement or OT experience who thrives in an international, multicultural environment and communicates fluently in English.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in procurement, sourcing or purchasing.
• Experience in IT procurement or IT/OT procurement activities.
• Understanding of tendering, RFI/RFQ/RFP processes and contract negotiations.
• Experience with technical stakeholders such as IT, Digital, Engineering or Operations.
• Excellent written and spoken English. (Business environment)

Responsibilities

• Support IT/OT sourcing and procurement activities.
• Identify potential suppliers and conduct market research.
• Translate business/technical requirements into procurement specs and sourcing strategies.
• Prepare and coordinate RFI, RFQ and RFP processes.
• Evaluate supplier proposals, commercial offers and technical requirements.
• Support supplier selection, clarification meetings and negotiations.
• Coordinate contract development with Legal, Procurement and business teams.
• Manage supplier relationships and onboarding.
• Monitor progress, timelines, risks and compliance.
