TWD, a leading contractor design and energy infrastructure firm, seeks an IT Lead to manage internal IT, lead two colleagues, and stay hands-on when needed. You will steer incidents, bolster security, and coordinate with vendors across Rotterdam and abroad.

You will drive IT improvements, govern IAM, and report on risk, progress and budget while maintaining reliable services and a secure infrastructure.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in IT operations and infrastructure, incl. 2+ years as team lead/coordinator/project manager.
• Hands-on knowledge of networks, firewalls and switches.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, workplace management and IAM.
• Cybersecurity knowledge; Defender and Intune is a plus.
• Experience managing vendors, SLAs and licenses.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead two IT colleagues: set daily priorities, distribute work and support their development.
• Analyse and solve complex incidents and configuration issues in networks, infrastructure and Microsoft 365.
• Maintain reliable networks and infrastructure across all offices; monitor, document, and ensure capacity.
• Improve cybersecurity with Defender, Intune/MDM, and secure access management.
• Governing identities and access rights in line with IAM/PIM policies.
• Coordinate security alerts/incidents with external partners; support audits and compliance.
• Turn IT plan into improvement projects and lead delivery from prep to finish.
• Manage vendors: monitor SLAs, contracts, licenses and renewals.
• Ensure good support and streamlined processes including account management and automation.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering and department heads; report progress, risks.
