Job summary

EPEX SPOT SE is seeking a Contract Manager to lead the full lifecycle of IT and technology contracts. You will identify risks, align agreements with business and compliance objectives, and collaborate with Legal, IT, and Business Owners to ensure disciplined contract governance.

You will draft, review, negotiate, and maintain agreements, manage supplier relationships, and support stakeholders with strategic contract insights to optimize costs and performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law, Business Law, or related field, or equivalent professional experience in contract management with strong IT exposure.
• Experience as a Contract Manager or similar role in an international environment.
• Experience working with IT, technology vendors, or technical contract frameworks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of contracts, including IT and technology agreements, vendor contracts, and NDAs.
• Support internal stakeholders with operational, financial and business advice on contractual matters.
• Manage the contract lifecycle from creation to renewals and terminations, including approvals and governance.
• Identify and mitigate operational, commercial, and legal risks; ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.
• Maintain contract templates and playbooks; drive adoption of contract management tools and processes.
• Monitor contract performance KPIs and SLAs; support cross-functional improvements in governance.
