Job summary

Zeekr is expanding in the Netherlands. We are seeking a Network Development Lead to design and execute a comprehensive retail network strategy, identify partners, and oversee store openings while aligning with HQ standards.

You will drive sales targets, build strong partner relationships, collaborate with Sales, Service, Marketing, and Logistics, and act as the primary link between the local market and European Headquarters, contributing to Zeekr's long‑term growth in the country.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in network management within the automotive industry.
• Strong personal network in the Netherlands to enable a fast start.
• Proven track record building and developing automotive retail networks.
• Proven experience building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Zeekr's Network Strategy in the Netherlands.
• Identify key partners, visit facilities, and manage store openings.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners to drive sales growth.
• Serve as liaison between local market and European Headquarters, ensuring policy compliance.
• Design operational processes for new retail network and define KPIs.
• Set location-level sales targets and monitor market share.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Service, Marketing, and Logistics.
• Contribute strategically to Zeekr's long-term success in the country.
