Job summary

Zeekr Europe is seeking a Network Development Support—Importer Markets to ensure dealer network proposals meet Zeekr standards and HQ requirements. You will coordinate between importers and HQ, validating proposals, documenting requirements, and driving timely approvals and implementation.

The role requires strong automotive network development experience, cross-functional collaboration, and meticulous attention to detail while maintaining excellent English communication across markets.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in automotive network development, preferably across importer or distributor models.
• Solid understanding of dealer standards, retail formats, and aftersales requirements.
• Experience in project coordination across multiple stakeholders and markets.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to assess complex proposals and ensure completeness.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence partners.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Importer Proposal Validation & Approval
• Review dealer proposals for HQ alignment
• Assess location quality, showroom size, VI compliance, sales & aftersales standards
• Coordinate internal approvals with HQ stakeholders
• Act as central point between importers and internal functions
• Ensure timely input and approvals for dealer projects
• Align expectations between HQ and importer during approvals and implementation
• Monitor dealer project execution against timelines
• Follow up with importers to ensure progress
• Coordinate with suppliers to mitigate delays
• Conduct dealer visits pre-approval
• Perform post-completion visits for compliance
• Ensure consistent brand representation and customer experience
• Challenge importer proposals and implementation plans
• Identify risks and bottlenecks; propose solutions
• Support importers during rollout challenges
• Serve as Importer-HQ interface; main contact point
• Ensure transparency and alignment on priorities
