Hilti Nederland BV in Rotterdam is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join the Global IT Large Projects Engineering team. You will build and support IT solutions using Autodesk Revit, ACC, SAP S/4HANA core concepts, and collaborate with international teams to enable engineer‑to‑order offerings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Expertise with CAD tools and/or engineering tool chain (Autodesk Revit, ACC, BIM).
• General coding knowledge in ABAP/Java/JavaScript/SQL or similar.
• End-to-end understanding in product engineering/PM data management.
• Willingness to learn and adapt; strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver IT solutions based on Autodesk Revit, ACC, and other CAD tools.
• Collaborate in agile, cross-functional Global IT and business teams to define requirements.
• Plan, build, and run IT solutions for engineer‑to‑order offerings.
• Contribute to IT solution architectures, designs, and system integrations.
