• 6+ years of experience working as an IT professional in mid/large IT infrastructure environments, including deployment, support and maintenance of applications
• 5+ years of experience working as an IT professional in the area of application administration
• 5+ years of experience working with enterprise Microsoft or Linux server solutions
• 2+ years of experience with micro-services, container orchestration and container-based stacks such as Docker or Kubernetes
• 2+ years of experience administering and supporting Elasticsearch
• Good knowledge of the deployment and administration of Elasticsearch clusters
• Good knowledge of micro-services, container orchestration and container-based stacks using Kubernetes, Helm charts, Docker and Rancher
• Good knowledge of configuration management concepts and technologies (e.g. Puppet, Ansible, Chocolatey)
• Good knowledge of shell and/or PowerShell scripting
• Good knowledge of ITIL, including the incident, change and release management processes
