Qualifications

Enrolled in a master's program in law or IP/technology law
Strong interest in intellectual property, technology and innovation
Excellent English communication, written and verbal
Demonstrate analytical and legal research capabilities
Detail-oriented and able to explain concepts clearly

Responsibilities

Support drafting and review of IP and technology-related agreements
Conduct legal research on ownership, licensing, confidentiality and tech transfer
Prepare legal guidance, presentations and materials for stakeholders
Organize and maintain contract documentation
Assist with research collaborations and tech development initiatives
Support IP governance process-improvement projects
Collaborate with legal and business teams on IP topics
