Job summary
Undagrid, part of the EnOcean group, seeks a senior technical Customer Success professional to guide global customers from demos through deployment and ongoing operation. You will work with Sales, Product Management and Engineering to ensure measurable value from our IoT platform and data dashboards.
This role can be based in Munich, Copenhagen, or Utrecht. You will become the technical face for asset tracking solutions, supporting customers across aviation, logistics, and industry with hands-on
Qualifications
- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
- 5-10 years of experience in asset tracking, IoT, RTLS, telematics, or related industries.
- Experience with asset tracking platforms, dashboards, analytics, and customer reporting; familiarity with Grafana, Git and Jira.
- Fluent English; willingness to travel worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical counterpart in customer meetings with Sales and PM.
- Deliver platform demonstrations and showcase advanced functionality to customers.
- Support solution design and deployment planning for new projects worldwide.
- Configure and administer the platform, including tenant creation and dashboard setup.
- Deliver technical and operational training for customer teams.
- Travel to customer sites to support deployments, training, and workshops.
- Identify and resolve technical issues in field deployments.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable product feedback with cross-functional teams.
