Job summary

Undagrid, part of the EnOcean group, seeks a seasoned Customer Success professional to guide customers from first platform demonstrations through deployment, training and ongoing operations. You will bridge technical delivery with business value, collaborating with Sales, Product Management and Engineering to maximize customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field with 5–10 years in asset tracking, IoT, RTLS, telematics, or related industries.
• Solid understanding of indoor and outdoor tracking technologies: BLE positioning, GPS/GNSS, cellular IoT, telematics, fleet tracking concepts.
• Experience with asset tracking platforms, dashboards, analytics, and customer reporting; familiarity with Grafana, Git and Jira.
• Experience installing and configuring network equipment, ideally in aviation or logistics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, connectivity and software domains.
• Good understanding of business processes and operational use cases, enabling technical and business value discussions with customers.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders, hands-on, problem-solving attitude in customer contact.
• Willingness to travel worldwide and adjust working schedule for different time zones.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical counterpart in customer meetings and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Deliver platform demonstrations and showcase advanced functionality to create confidence with customers.
• Support solution design and deployment planning for new projects and assist customers worldwide.
• Configure and administer the platform, including tenant management, user management, dashboards and reports.
• Deliver technical and operational training for customer teams from end users to IT stakeholders.
• Travel to customer sites to support deployments, training, workshops, troubleshooting and business reviews.
• Validate solutions in field and at customer sites, identify issues and drive resolution.
• Collect customer requirements and translate them into actionable product feedback with cross-functional teams.
