Qualifications

• 3+ years working within corporate law, preferably in law firms, private equity, or investment environments.
• Proficient in reading and drafting legal documents in Dutch, German, and English, with professional fluency.
• Experience with onboarding, transaction signing, and closings; familiar with automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review NDAs, engagement letters, and other legal documents using templates.
• Support investment team with day-to-day legal needs and automate processes.
• Manage signing process and closing logistics for investment transactions.
• Monitor updates in Dutch and German law to keep processes compliant.
• Maintain records of board compositions for portfolio companies.
• Assist in onboarding new team members and securing internal approvals.
