We combine an ambitious, entrepreneurial environment with the backing of top institutional investors, giving you a direct seat at the table on high-impact real estate projects. It is a sharp learning curve with genuine career progression as you help us expand into new European cities. If you love digging into deal details and turning complex market data into clear strategic choices, we would love to meet you.

Located across Europe with >20 owned assets including, The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way and rapidly expanding backed by the world’s largest investors (GIC & APG). With the goal to double the platform our hybrid hospitality concept is taking roots in the heart of Europe setting the stage for going global.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and update financial models (acquisition, development and operations) to evaluate cash flow, IRR, and return risks for real estate acquisitions across Europe to support underwriting and IC decisions.
  • Track real estate and hospitality market trends to uncover key supply, pricing, and yield insights.
  • Coordinate due diligence on active transactions by aligning input from legal, tax, commercial, and technical teams.
  • Draft clear investment memos and presentation decks for the investment committee and senior leadership.
  • Support deal execution from initial screening through structuring, negotiations, and closing.
  • Assist with asset management, property valuations, and investor material preparation for equity syndication.
  • Collaborate across development, finance, and operations teams, and manage external stakeholders (brokers, consultants and capital partners).
What You’ll Have

  • You bring advanced financial modelling skills in Excel alongside a firm grip on real estate metrics and deal structures.
  • You have strong commercial instincts and know how to extract core insights from complex market data.
  • You bring clear, confident communication skills and can explain complex financial analysis to senior management.
  • Experience in Real Estate acquisition and development projects and/or experience with hotel asset-light models are a strong plus
  • You have ability to work under tight deadlines and changing situations.
  • You have the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and capacity to interact directly with senior management.
  • You have exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple deal deadlines across different projects in an international setting.
  • You bring fluency in English, with knowledge of additional European languages being a welcome bonus.
  • Willing to be based in Amsterdam, ability to travel and eligible to work in EU.
What We Offer

  • The chance to learn and grow in your role with the potential for future growth
  • Awesome discounts in all our properties in Europe and not just for you, but also for your friends and family!
