Job summary

HQ Fulfillment Logistics in Rotterdam, Netherlands, seeks a logistics specialist to interface with departments and government agencies, handling physical inventory and procurement documentation for government and contractor property.

You will prepare reports, select inventory lots, research discrepancies, and provide real-time support across logistics functions, ensuring timely processing of field requests and shipments.

Qualifications

• Must be familiar with military standards and regulations governing logistics policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of the DoD systems acquisition process will be required in order to successfully adhere to doctrine and operations concepts.
• Expertise is required in expediting hardware through the repair process to reach end users in worldwide locations.
• Shall have familiarity with stock listing, disposal, and re- procurement processes and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistics support for life-cycle sustainment for fielded systems used in support of TAP mission systems and equipment.
• Duties will also include performing tasks associated with supply, procurement, sparing, logistics planning and item management.
• Shall process field requests, repair actions and shipments within the appropriate required time frames.
• In addition to deliverable reports, support personnel are required to input data to Government produced reports, data systems, and briefings.

Job description

Interface, process and expedite supply actions with applicable departments, government agencies and/or other tenant contractors. Responsible for all activities relating to the physical inventory of government and contractor owned personal property. Plan, document, schedule and perform the annual cyclic sample inventory.

Interface, process and expedite supply actions with applicable departments, government agencies and/or other tenant contractors. Prepare any reports necessary and submit to appropriate parties for approval or adjustment. Select lots of 200-line items for inventory each month. Research transaction records of any discrepant items to disclose any posting errors and adjust as necessary. Plan, schedule and conduct periodic wall to wall inventory of materials and equipment assigned to the excess custodian account. Responsible for all activities relating to support analysis in the various logistics functions including providing real time support, excess analysis, transfer of items to other contractors, and identifying spare parts provisioning needs. Research catalogs, drawings, stock indexes and internal records for requested items. Prepare necessary procurement documentation, charts, files, reports, etc. Operate computer equipment, as required, to obtain data and/or input data.

Qualifications

• Must be familiar with military standards and regulations governing logistics policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of the DoD systems acquisition process will be required in order to successfully adhere to doctrine and operations concepts.
• Expertise is required in expediting hardware through the repair process to reach end users in worldwide locations.
• Shall have familiarity with stock listing, disposal, and re- procurement processes and guidelines. Expertise in requirements computations and the use of AFLCMC/HNC CLASS is required.
• 5 years min exp.
