Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking an Inventory Analyst for Northern Europe to optimize inventory performance and provide clear, data-driven recommendations across markets. You will analyze consignment data, support standardization, and influence cross-functional teams while working remotely across a three-country team.

The role requires strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, proficiency in English and Dutch, and 3–4 years in inventory management or related fields.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong written and spoken English and Dutch.
• Experience in end-to-end project management, with a focus on organization, accountability, negotiation and successful delivery.
• 3-4 years experience in inventory management, supply chain, business analysis, project management, or a related area.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory performance across one or more Operating Units (OUs) to identify risks, trends, and opportunities to improvement.
• Analyse inventory portfolios to support optimization initiatives, including consignment reduction.
• Partner with OU teams and internal stakeholders to align priorities, drive and support improvement projects on consignment, and collaborate effectively across a virtual, cross-functional environment.
• Develop reports, presentations, and analysis using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making for sales teams and internal stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of MMX (Medtronic Mobility eXpress) by promoting it as a self-service tool and encouraging full usage across field Sales Teams.
• Gather local market insights and standardize consignment-related processes where possible to shape practical solutions across Northern Europe.
