Job summary

GXO Logistics is hiring an Inventory Controller for a new site in Lelystad, NL. The role is hands-on, performing physical counts, reporting results, and reconciling discrepancies to keep stock accurate and the warehouse running smoothly.

You’ll work Monday to Friday, 40 hours, with English fluency required. The position offers a full-time role with development opportunities, access to GXO University, and a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Intermediate Vocational Education in logistics or equivalent.
• 3+ years of Operations experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• LEAN Warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Run inventory reports from the WMS and transfer data to Count Sheet templates.
• Perform ABC cycle counts and physical counts of inventory.
• Ensure ongoing inventory accuracy and coordinate data extracts and adjustments.
• Investigate discrepancies by reviewing WMS transaction history and reconcile stock.
• Create and distribute daily inventory reconciliation reports and warehouse reports.
• Coordinate automated stock transfers and monitor related processes.
• Work safely following GXO Health & Safety guidelines.
• Contribute to environmental initiatives and comply with legal requirements.
