Job summary

Wesco is hiring an Operations Associate in Amsterdam, NL, on-site, to maintain inventory accuracy and support daily warehouse operations. You will perform inventory analysis, generate routine reports, and collaborate with the team to meet service levels. Shift: Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in inventory/quality control, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and the ability to follow established processes with independence and analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years+ in Operations Inventory/Quality Control environment required.
• Experience working with a warehouse management system

Responsibilities

• Execute accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Audit high profile customer orders for accuracy and special requirements.
• Provide support to the management team and other departments as requested.
• Investigate and assist in resolving order/inventory discrepancies.
• Work closely with warehouse associates to achieve quality goals.
