Job Description
Join us in September 2026 as a Talent Management Intern at our offices in Utrecht and Amsterdam. During this internship, you’ll help strengthen the learning and development culture at JDE Netherlands and support the team with a variety of Talent Management activities, such as running our annual performance cycle, onboarding, learning & development, and employee engagement.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Contribute to the development and rollout of tools, materials, and communications related to onboarding, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement
- Plan and organize various training sessions and communicate with stakeholders and participants regarding these sessions
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding program for new employees
- Provide administrative support and manage the Talent Management team’s email inbox
- Maintain and improve digital learning solutions and the learning management system in SuccessFactors
- Contribute ideas on sustainable employability, engagement, and performance initiatives
- Organize activities for your fellow interns together with the TA interns

Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Academic Program: You must be enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program (BSc or MSc) for the entire duration of your internship, preferably in HR, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, or Educational Science.
- Skillset: You are proficient in MS Office and speak and write English fluently. Experience with learning management systems or organizing training sessions is a plus.
- Personal traits: You work in a structured manner, are energetic and proactive. You communicate easily and thrive in a team, but you’re also used to working independently.
- Availability: You can join the internship 4 or 5 days a week and you are available for at least 5 months.
Academic requirements:
- Your internship should be included in your study curriculum and directly contribute to your academic results.
- Your educational institution is willing to sign a collaboration agreement with JDE Peet's.
- You are enrolled in a Dutch educational institution and living in the Netherlands during the entire duration of the internship.
