Job summary

A prominent coffee and tea company in Utrecht is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern. You will manage recruitment and selection for internships, assist with Employer Branding, and work closely with the HR team. Ideal candidates will be enrolled in a relevant BSc or MSc program and possess strong MS Office skills, along with a passion for people. This internship offers a balance of in-office and remote work, providing valuable insights into Talent Acquisition processes.

Qualifications

• Availability for at least 5 months, 4 or 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment and selection process for internships.

Join us as Talent Acquisition Intern at our Utrecht office (you will be going to the Amsterdam office sometimes as some of your stakeholders are based there) starting September 2026. During this internship, you will manage the internship recruitment and selection process for the International Headquarters in Amsterdam and the R&D department in Utrecht. Additionally, you will assist the IHQ talent team with ongoing recruitments, Employer Branding activities and Talent Management activities and events.

Your key activities will be:

• Managing the full recruitment and selection process for internships
• Coordinating calendars and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• Managing the assessment process with our external service provider
• Publishing job ads on internal and external job boards
• Performing various tasks related to Employer Branding
• Supporting IHQ training and communication
• Improving and supporting ongoing Talent projects
• Organising activities for your fellow interns

Here's what we're looking for:

• Academic Program: You are enrolled in a higher professional education, BSc or MSc program for the entirety of the internship, preferably in Organizational Studies, HR, Marketing or Communication
• Skillset: You possess strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English – Having some similar experience with HR activities is always a benefit.
• Personal traits: You have a true passion for people, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Availability: You can join the internship 4 or 5 days a week and you are available for at least 5 months.
