Job summary

JDE Peet's zoekt een stagiair voor de functie Intern Supply Chain Coördinator Export. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige order-to-cash cyclus voor een select groep van internationale distributeurs en fungeert als eerste operationele aanspreekpunt binnen Customer Service Export.

Je werkt in een dynamische en internationale omgeving, waar je een proactieve hands-on houding, sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Engels en een analytische aanpak meeneemt.

Qualifications

• HBO/WO student in de richting van Supply Chain
• Proactieve hands-on mentaliteit in een snelle internationale omgeving
• Uitstekende sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden in Engels (mondeling & schriftelijk)
• In staat om nauwkeurig en methodisch te werken en prioriteiten te stellen
• Sterke analytische vaardigheden

Job Description

As an Intern Supply Chain Coördinator Export you will participate fully within the Customer Service Export Team. The team is an important link between the internal JDE organization, logistical service providers, and the international distributers. In the role of Intern Supply Chain Coordinator Export you will be the operational first point of contact for a select group of international distributers, during the full 'order-to-cash-process'.

Responsibilities:

• Order Management;
• Identifying potential risks and implementing solutions;
• Cooperating in optimising the service level and supply chain processes;
• Creating weekly and monthly rapports.

For the position of Intern Supply Chain Coordinator Export we are looking for someone with the following profile:

• A curious and eager-to-learn HBO / WO student in the direction of Supply Chain;
• A proactive hands-on mentality. You are prepared to work in a fast and dynamic international environment;
• Excellent social and communicative skills in English (verbal & written);
• Able to work accurately and methodically, and able to prioritise in the process;
• Have strong analytical skills.
