Job summary

JDE Peet's in Utrecht zoekt een R&D Coffee Academy Intern om de Coffee Academy te ondersteunen en te verbeteren. Je draagt bij aan trainingen, events en onderhoudt het digitale kennisplatform.

Je werkt mee aan een remote concept en workshops om passie voor koffie te verspreiden. Een 5-maandenstage start in maart 2027 met een maandelijks bedrag van €525,00 en in-office dagen gecombineerd met een dag op afstand.

Qualifications

• Ingeschreven in een BSc of MSc programma voor de gehele stageperiode.
• Sterke MS Office-vaardigheden en vloeiend Engels in woord en geschrift.
• Gestructureerde aanpak, energiek en communicatief vaardig.
• Bereid ten minste 5 maanden te investeren en 5 dagen per week beschikbaar te zijn.

Responsibilities

• Assisteren bij planning en organisatie van trainingen en evenementen.
• Verbeteren van de Coffee Academy met creatieve ideeën.
• Beheren van het digitale kennisplatform en de Knowledge Hub.
• Ontwikkelen van een engaging remote concept voor de Coffee Academy.
• Opzetten en geven van workshops rond koffie bij belanghebbenden.

Job Description

Join us as R&D Coffee Academy Intern at our international headquarters in Utrecht, starting in March 2027. In this internship, you will support the Coffee Academy, which is an on-site training program for associates to spread our passion for and knowledge about coffee, and help us to improve the coffee academy

Your key activities will be:

• Help with the planning & organization of trainings and events
• Upgrading and improving the Coffee Academy with your creative ideas
• Maintaining and nurturing our digital knowledge hub
• Developing an engaging remote concept for the Coffee Academy
• Crafting exciting workshops to spread our passion for coffee among stakeholders

Here's what we're looking for:

• Academic Program: You are enrolled in a BSc or MSc program for the entirety of the internship, preferably in Learning & Development or Communication
• Skillset: You possess strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English
• Personal traits: You have a structured approach, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Commitment: You are ready to dedicate at least 5 months to this internship, preferably from March 2027 to August 2027.
• Availability: You can join the internship for 5 days per week, including four days in-office and one day remotely, ensuring an ideal balance between collaboration and independence.

As we hope to have piqued your interest, please ensure you also meet the eligibility criteria and academic requirements:

• Your internship should be included in your study curriculum and directly contribute to your academic results.
• Your educational institution is willing to sign a collaboration agreement with JDE Peet's and when joining our Research departments, also sign an NDA agreement for internships.
• You are either an EU(EEA) student residing in the Netherlands during the internship or a Non-EU(EEA) student enrolled and living in the Netherlands during the internship.
