Job summary

Vanderlande invites an Internship/Graduation candidate to help design a scalable capability maturity framework for its global Service organization. You will research best practices, engage with international stakeholders, and pilot assessment methods across service teams to map skill gaps and deliver actionable recommendations for training investments and workforce readiness.

• Bachelor level education required.
• Interest in workforce development and learning & development.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Support capability maturity assessments and validate methodologies across international service teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews and interactive workshops to gather qualitative insights.
• Collect, analyze, and evaluate pilot assessment data to identify critical skill gaps.
• Research best practices in capability management, learning frameworks, and organizational maturity.
• Translate research findings into practical development recommendations and improvement actions.
• Assist in refining assessment tooling, governance structures, and implementation roadmaps.
