Job summary

The Hoxton, Lloyd is offering a 5–6 month People & Culture internship, starting January 2027. You’ll work closely with the People & Culture Manager, supporting daily operations and helping create a welcoming employee experience from day one.

You are currently studying Hospitality Management or HR, fluent in English, Dutch a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organisation, discretion, and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources or a related field.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Dutch is a strong plus.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel, and quick to pick up new systems.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment from start to finish, including CV screening, initial candidate calls and interview planning.
• Post vacancies on our careers page and relevant recruitment platforms to help us find the right people.
• Help welcome new team members by coordinating onboarding, organising coffee chats and making sure they feel at home from day one.
• Keep employee records and HR systems up to date, including setting up accounts and supporting administrative processes.
• Track training completion and assist with organising training sessions and development activities.
• Help bring our team together by organising team events, celebrations and engagement initiatives.
• Support internal communication, keeping the team informed about important updates, activities and opportunities.
• Assist with everyday P&C administration, from scanning and filing documents to ordering business cards and preparing paperwork.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Dutch is a strong plus.

• Well organised, proactive and able to keep a few plates spinning at once.
• Interested in recruitment, employee experience and what makes a team thrive.
