Working closely with Product Marketing Managers, you'll help bring new products to market, create compelling marketing materials, and ensure our innovations resonate with consumers around the world.

Working closely with Product Marketing Managers, you'll help bring new products to market, create compelling marketing materials, and ensure our innovations resonate with consumers around the world. This internship offers a unique combination of analytical and creative work. You will contribute to product launches, coordinate with external creative agencies, analyse product performance, and help develop marketing assets that support our global growth ambition!

The Impact You’ll Make

• Support the development and execution of global product launches across the Floor Care and Pet Care categories.
• Coordinate the creation of marketing materials and product communication assets together with internal stakeholders and external creative agencies.
• Help develop product presentations, launch toolkits, visuals, digital content, and sales support materials.
• Conduct market, consumer, and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor and report on product performance, sales results, and business KPIs, with a particular focus on monthly Floor Care performance reporting.
• Support lifecycle management activities for existing product portfolios.
• Assist in preparing presentations and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to product positioning and value proposition development.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, Commercial, Design, Innovation, and Marketing teams.

The Skills And Knowledge You’ll Bring

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Management, Economics, Strategic Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest in consumer products, innovation, and product marketing.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with creativity and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take ownership of projects.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Experience with creative projects, content creation, design, branding, or marketing campaigns.
• Personal portfolio, creative projects, university assignments, or examples of marketing work that can be shared during the application process.
