Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of global product launches in Floor Care and Pet Care.
• Coordinate creation of marketing materials with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Develop product presentations, launch toolkits, visuals, and sales support assets.
• Conduct market, consumer, and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor product performance, sales results, and key metrics on a monthly basis.
• Assist lifecycle management activities for existing portfolios.
• Prepare presentations and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Contribute to product positioning and value proposition development.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Commercial, Design, Innovation, and Marketing teams.
