CFI is currently looking for ambitious students to join our team as an Investment Banking and M&A intern in Amsterdam, the Netherlands!

What will you do?

As an intern at CFI you will become a full member of our team and you will be involved in all aspects of our work from origination to execution. Through this four-month working internship you will gain hands‑on experience within the field of corporate finance/M&A. Your activities will include e.g. performing market, industry and company specific analyses, valuations and other financial analyses, assist in the overall origination and execution of transactions.

Our Benelux team consist of ca. 25 investment banking professionals, based in Amsterdam and Antwerp, and focus on three core sectors: Business Services, Software & IT and Industrials.

Besides a great team and a nice working atmosphere, you can find us on Friday afternoons at one of the terraces around the corner, sailing with the company boat on the Amstel or other activities. Furthermore, once a year we go on an amazing trip (New York, Grand Prix Monaco, Ibiza, Dubai) and CFI organises (bi-)annual international conferences where you will meet all your international colleagues.
