Job summary

Trinseo Netherlands B.V. is seeking an apprentice for the Global Innovation Center in Terneuzen to pursue an Internship in Process Development for Advanced Thermoplastic Composite. The 6-month program begins as soon as possible and focuses on experimental work, data analysis, and documentation.

You will investigate process windows, assess impregnation quality, and characterize material properties, with strong support from cross-functional teams in a globally connected company.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or near completion, Master’s preferred.
• Experience with composite manufacturing processes and DoE is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experimental approach.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Currently pursuing, or in the final stage of, a Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Composite Materials, Chemical Engineering, Production Technology, or a related field.
• Previous experience with composite manufacturing processes and Design of Experiments (DoE) is considered an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands‑on approach to experimental work.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Dutch is a preferred.
