Job summary

Trinseo Netherlands B.V. is seeking an apprentice for a 6‑month internship in the R&D Center of Excellence Terneuzen, starting as soon as possible.

The role focuses on Thermoplastic Composites Engineering, with hands-on work in lab-scale production equipment and process optimization. The ideal candidate is at the final stage of a Bachelor program (Master preferred) in Mechanical/Production/Materials engineering or related fields, with English fluency (Dutch preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, Materials Engineering, Composites or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• English fluency is required; Dutch is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Optimise and automate production equipment at lab scale.
• Investigate and define the process window.
• Evaluate impregnation quality.
• Characterise manufactured samples.
• Documentation.

Skills
