We do this through guidance, projects, and programs aimed at strengthening self-reliance and participation in society.**About the internship**Do you want to do more than just observe during your studies—do you want to really get involved? In this hands-on internship, you’ll be a full member of the HR team. You’ll assist with HR tasks, contribute ideas on personnel issues, and help improve processes and policies. In the coming period, we’ll be focusing on, among other things, digitizing HR processes, strengthening inclusive employment practices, and increasing the visibility of HR within the organization.No two days are the same: one day you might be working on an employment contract or an absenteeism issue, and the next you might be contributing ideas on policy or improvements within HR.
