Job summary

Hunkemöller is offering an internship in which you will create visual and written content for internal channels and support marketing campaigns across the global store network. You’ll also help design activations and events for internal staff and manage digital employee engagement initiatives.

You will own content analytics and work with stakeholders across departments, while developing a proactive, precise, and creative workflow.

• Fluent in both English and Dutch preferably

• Interest in the retail industry

• You’re available for 40 hours/week to work

• Internship Allowance: 450€ per month (gross) with 8+ holiday days (based on 40h/week).

• Travel Allowance: Max. 23€ per day (based on your travel distance), if you are not eligible for the free Student OV Chipcard.

• Additional Benefits: Access to 25% staff discount and a company laptop. Also, company gatherings like Townhalls and drinks.

Eligibility Criteria

For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in September 2026. Please note that your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship. Additionally, to comply with Dutch law, one of the following must apply:

• You are an EU citizen,

• You are on a Family/Partner visa, or

• You are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands, and you meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) The internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum, OR (2) your university is willing to sign a third-party agreement (Nuffic Agreement).
