Job summary

Seed Processing Holland is seeking an Intern Finance Administration to support the Finance department with invoice bookings in the ERP system and other financial admin tasks. You will join a professional team in a growing international company in Enkhuizen.

Ideal candidates are pursuing MBO/HBO in finance or business, have good administrative and communication skills, and are detail-oriented; Dutch and English are required, Ridder iQ or Accountview a plus.

Intern Finance Administration

For our Finance department, we are looking for an intern who can support us for a period of 2 to 3 months, starting soon. During this internship, you will mainly support the Finance team with booking invoices in our ERP system and other financial administrative tasks.

Your main tasks and responsibilities are:

• Booking purchase invoices in the ERP system;
• Checking and processing financial documents;
• Supporting the Finance department with administrative tasks;
• Organizing and maintaining accounting documentation;
• Helping to keep financial records accurate and complete.

This is your profile:

• You are following an MBO or HBO education, preferably in finance, administration or business;
• Good administrative and communication skills;
• You work accurately and have an eye for detail;
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages; Dutch is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Ridder iQ, Accountview is a plus’
• You are available for 2 to 3 months and can start soon.
