The Landrovers is seeking an Engineering Intern to join an electric vehicle project focused on topology optimization and lightweight structural design. You will help develop a new component that integrates mechanical and electrical parts, aiming to make it light, strong and efficient.
You will work with CAD/FEM tools, analyze loads, define constraints, and explore metal 3D printing feasibility while translating results into manufacturable CAD designs.

Think leather upholstery, powerful V8 engines, special rims, and optimized suspension. We have successfully developed an electric Defender and are always striving to elevate the Defender to a higher level.
You will investigate how an integrated structural vehicle component can be designed as light and efficient as possible using topology optimization and the possibilities of metal 3D printing.
