Job summary

Nedap Healthcare Groenlo invites a motivated student to design and build an eLearning module for Nedap employees, translating complex decision‑making concepts into an engaging learning experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g. Communication Science, Educational Science, CMD).
• Interest in learning, eLearning, or digital communication.
• Ability to structure and explain complex information clearly.
• Take initiative and quickly learn new tools.
• Strong command of English (guidance will be in English).

What are you going to do?

Within Nedap Healthcare, we believe that effective decision‑making starts with people. That’s why we work with methods such as ShapeShift and Convergent Facilitation (CF), which help teams reach well‑supported decisions more quickly.

Currently, colleagues mainly learn these methods through in‑person training sessions. To reach more people and ensure knowledge is retained over time, we are developing an eLearning program.

Your assignment is to design and build this eLearning for Nedap employees. You will translate complex concepts into a clear and interactive learning experience, enabling colleagues to independently learn and apply the core principles of decision‑making.

Your responsibilities

Your team

You will work within Nedap Healthcare, together with a subject‑matter expert in decision‑making and collaboration. Within the team, you will have plenty of room to work independently. We provide direction and substantive context, but expect you to bring structure, make decisions, and take ownership.
