Job summary

Gisou in Amsterdam is seeking a Creative Production Intern to support our Creative Producer from brief to delivery of assets, working closely with the Creative Content team. You’ll take on practical production tasks within the campaign shoot process and help keep assets organized and on track.

The ideal candidate is studying Creative, Marketing or Business Management, has strong planning and hands-on skills, and a genuine interest in beauty, fashion, and the production ecosystem.

• Enrolled in Creative, Marketing or Business Management studies.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Hands-on mentality.
• Knowledge of or interest in the creative production ecosystem.
• Interest in beauty/fashion trends.
• Solution-minded and proactive.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with social team to manage content shoots incl. models, location, styling and props.
• Provide production and execution support during campaign shoot days.
• Scout and connect with location, model and freelancer agencies for shoots.
• Assist with production planning and budget management.
• Maintain a database of freelancers/production partners.

About The Role

At Gisou, exciting times are ahead. As a fast-growing company, we are ready to take on more projects that we are very enthusiastic about. To make those projects happen, we are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Creative Production Intern who will assist our Creative Producer in the execution of our productions from brief- until delivery of assets, working closely with our Creative Content team. You will take on a wide variety of practical production responsibilities within the wider execution phase of our campaign shoots. Alongside your main focus on Creative Production, you will also gain exposure to Creative Operations by supporting with tasks such as keeping our usage overview up to date in Monday.com and ensuring final campaign assets are correctly organized and uploaded to Bynder.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with our social team to manage our content shoots incl. models, location, styling and props.
• Overall production and executional support up to and during campaign shoot days.
• Scout and connect with location, model and talent/freelancer agencies for our campaign shoots.
• Assisting with production planning & budget management.
• Maintain a database of freelancers/production partners.

Skills & Qualifications

• You are following a Creative, Marketing or Business Management study.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• “Hands-on” mentality.
• Knowledge of or personal interest in the creative production ecosystem is a plus.
• Knowledge of or personal interest in trends within the beauty/lifestyle/fashion industry is a plus.
• A solution-minded and "go-getting" mindset is essential.
• A driver's license is necessary.

Requirements

• Available to complete the Internship Programme from ASAP - Wed 3rd Feb 2027.
• You must be looking for a FULL-TIME & ONSITE internship for 5 months.
• You must have an Internship contract from your School / University and the internship must be integrated into your program of study.
• Available for 5 days per week, from which 4 days on-site in the Amsterdam office.
