Qualifications

• Licensed nurse authorized to work within the EU.
• Flexible and available to cover for multiple campuses.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care to staff and students.
• Conduct student hearing and vision screenings.
• Administer necessary medications as required.
• Address health issues impacting learning.
• Maintain appropriate record keeping.
• Care for students with specific medical needs.
• Participate in medical consultations during team meetings.

Skills

Nursing experience, preferably in a school environment

Familiarity with the nursing process

Experience working with students from pre-school to Grade 12

Strong background in health education and special education

Comfort in multicultural environments

Excellent interpersonal skills

Experience in emergency situations
