Job summary

Viking is seeking a Sales Operations Intern in Venlo for a 5–6 month program starting February 2027. You will support proposals, analyze sales data, and help optimize processes for international clients.

Join a diverse team and gain hands-on experience in sales operations and tender management. We offer mentorship, an internship allowance of €500 gross per month plus possible travel allowance, and about 15 days of holiday.

Qualifications

• 3rd year Bachelor student in International Business/Communication or related field.
• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) with good English.
• Passionate about sales, customer engagement and business strategy.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Basic understanding of sales processes; CRM familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Optimize internal sales processes with the Sales Operations team.
• Support the Tenderdesk in preparing proposals and managing documentation.
• Analyse sales data and customer insights across markets to aid decision-making.
• Work on cross-departmental projects driving revenue growth.
• Maintain relationships with international clients and identify opportunities.
