Vitae Professionals is recruiting nurses to join healthcare institutions in the Netherlands through a programme that combines language training, professional development, and relocation support. Qualificações
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (EU-recognized).
- Citizenship of an EU country or legal right to live/work in the Netherlands.
- Minimum English level B1.
Responsabilidades
- Assess patients' needs and contribute to individualized care plans.
- Provide nursing care tailored to each patient’s condition and independence.
- Prepare and administer medication per prescriptions and protocols.
- Monitor patients’ progress and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and ensure continuity of care.
- Promote patient independence, comfort, and quality of life.
- Communicate with patients and families to provide compassionate, person-centred care.
