Job summary

Mistral seeks an International Mobility Lead to own cross-border moves and assignments. You will be the main contact for mobility topics, balancing employee experience with business needs and compliance across locations.

You will partner with HR, managers and payroll to advise on immigration, tax and social security, and to continuously improve mobility processes. A pragmatic, solution-focused mindset and strong stakeholder skills are essential.
